l\u2019environnement juridique du droit social<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en place une veille juridique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Module 2 : R\u00e9diger un contrat de travail<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Lors de ce module, les stagiaires seront en mesure de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cerner les contours d\u2019une relation contractuelle r\u00e9ussie entre employeur et salari\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Choisir le contrat de travail appropri\u00e9 en identifiant les avantages et les inconv\u00e9nients des diff\u00e9rents contrats de travail<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9diger un contrat de travail s\u00e9curis\u00e9 sur le plan juridique et diminuer les risques de contentieux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Module 3 : Ex\u00e9cuter le contrat de travail<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Lors de ce module, les stagiaires seront en mesure de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anticiper et limiter les risques de contentieux dans les d\u00e9cisions prises pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du contrat de travail<\/li>\n<li>Savoir faire la distinction entre la modification d\u2019un contrat de travail et la modification des conditions de travail<\/li>\n<li>Savoir mener \u00e0 bien la proc\u00e9dure de modification du contrat de travail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Module 4 : Contr\u00f4ler les temps de travail<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Lors de ce module, les stagiaires seront en mesure de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conna\u00eetre les obligations de l\u2019employeur en mati\u00e8re de dur\u00e9e de travail<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019assurer de la bonne application des r\u00e8gles en mati\u00e8re de contr\u00f4le horaire des salari\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Module 5 : G\u00e9rer les fins de contrat de travail<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Lors de ce module, les stagiaires seront en mesure de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conna\u00eetre les diff\u00e9rents modes de rupture d\u2019un contrat de travail<\/li>\n<li>Ma\u00eetriser les proc\u00e9dures de fin de contrat de travail<\/li>\n<li>G\u00e9rer administrativement les litiges li\u00e9s \u00e0 la rupture du contrat de travail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Module 6 : Mettre en forme un contrat de travail avec Word<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Lors de ce module, les stagiaires seront en mesure de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">M<\/span>a\u00eetriser les fonctionnalit\u00e9s de base du traitement de texte WOR<span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">D <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Module 7 : Assurer le reporting<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Lors de ce module, les stagiaires seront en mesure de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u2019initier au reporting RH et \u00e0 ses outils<\/li>\n<li>Adapter ses outils de reporting \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie et \u00e0 la culture d\u2019entreprise<\/li>\n<li>Collecter, s\u00e9lectionner et traiter les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Module 8 : Cr\u00e9er et suivre un tableau de bord avec Excel<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Lors de ce module, les stagiaires seront en mesure de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9laborer, renseigner et actualiser les outils de suivi d\u2019activit\u00e9 et d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9laborer et actualiser des documents supports \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Module 9 : G\u00e9rer les relation avec les IRP<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Lors de ce module, les stagiaires seront en mesure de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifier les attributions des diff\u00e9rentes instances repr\u00e9sentatives des salari\u00e9s en entreprise<\/li>\n<li>Appr\u00e9hender le cadre juridique des \u00e9lections et\u00a0 leur formalisme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Module 10 : Contribuer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration et au suivi du document unique<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Lors de ce module, les stagiaires seront en mesure de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conna\u00eetre le cadre juridique du document unique, son r\u00f4le et les conditions de sa diffusion aupr\u00e8s des salari\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Module 11 : Adapter sa communication \u00e9crite et orale \u00e0 son interlocuteur<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Lors de ce module, les stagiaires seront en mesure de
